What’s New with My Site?
We are working on getting a photo gallery together so send in your pictures. The photo page should be up and running in about one - two weeks

What's new with the Falcons?

*We had some new additions to our rules:

1. Fingernails must be kept at a length short enough that the nail does not extend past the finger.

2. Athletes should talk with coaches before any major changes in the athletes' appearence are made.

3. Everyone must were the propper undergarments including sports bras(girls) and biker shorts.

4. Everyone is expected to come to practice nourished, we do not want starving athletes, YOU MUST EAT!!! We encourage that our athletes eat a healthy meal or snack a few hours before practice, to keep blood sugar and energy up during practice. Athletes should try and bring their own water bottles, sharing is discouraged.

5. When the team does not have practice athletes are expected to exercise on their own time. Running, weight lifting, aerobics, and extra gymnastics are great ways to stay in shape.



Remember that starting in the third week of June we pick up a third day of practice on Sundays. These Sunday practices will be held at Rythemflex. Also starting that same week practices will be extended an extra half hour
